The saying 'not all heroes wear capes' really fits this review. richard and his team were outstanding, fair, caring, and very skilled with hvac repair. My furnace had a bad inverter issue, so the heating system stopped working and the house was getting very uncomfortable. The crew arrived quickly, fully prepared, and ready to diagnose the problem right away. We called an emergency hvac service after our usual company did not answer, and i was on hold for quite a while, so we decided to try another heating and air company after seeing one of their service trucks around Los Angeles. The phone was answered by the 3rd ring, and the person on the line was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. This was my first experience with an AC repair company, and it went really well. Richard was here yesterday to inspect the HVAC system and said everything looked okay.
