Good afternoon.....had an issue with our air conditioning and called expecting a few days for an appointment...called office at 10ish and Matt arrived at my house at 11:30....took care of problem in a quick and professional timeline... have always seen his business in our community Gypsum Mills Victor,N.Y. but the first time I have used them...I am making an more honest recommendation.....they definitely overwhelmed my expectations. My furnace went down called Keith at first thing in the morning. Was told they were booked, time of year so I definitely understand. They squeezed me in and had heat just after lunch. I definitely appreciate them making time to get out to me. The 2 techs that came out were super friendly to my wife and quickly got us heat. Thank you so much.
