I took my teenage daughter to see Dr. Furlow after she began experiencing blurred/double vision. This was very scary but Dr. Furlow was patient and very calmly guided us through the process of trying to find a diagnosis. Dr. Furlow made sure we were well taken care of when we went to see specialists as well. She was always in contact with us and was always so thorough in explaining things. She was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my daughter who is now completely well!
We appreciate Dr. Furlow's overall concern for our children's health that goes beyond an immediate need to address strep throat or the flu. She is great with the kids and parents alike!
All four of our kids see Dr. Furlow every year for their annual exams and also any time that illness occurs. I trust Dr. Furlow completely. She is professional, engaging, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She makes my kids feel important and answers their questions/concerns with respect. As a parent, I always am given time/respect for a detailed discussion about the kids' health. I have recommended her numerous times to new colleagues, all of whom have been extremely pleased.
Dr. Furlow has been taking care of my children for over 13 years. I completely trust her to do what's best for my children. Not only does she take care of them physically, but she also takes care of them emotionally. She always makes me feel as if my children are her most important patients.
