I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff at Furlife Vets. Rummy is now our fifth dog to receive care from this incredible team, and I am so grateful for the kindness, compassion, patience, and understanding they have shown every one of them. We love this practice. Dr. Jesus and Dr. A were both so kind and empathetic towards my pup. The environment is always immaculate and the treatment rooms are very comfortable-making for a calm environment. I really must give a special shout out to Jeanette. She was so incredibly gentle with my puppy, truly treated him like a baby. Such a special person to have so much respect and compassion towards these animals. It was evident by the way our dog responded that he was aware she was a safe space too. Thanks for everything!!
I took my anxious/fearful dog to FurlifeVets and overall had a really good experience. I believe Morgan was our tech during the visit, and she was amazing and so patient with my dog, Gia. She actually got Gia to eat treats from her, which is a huge win for us! I did have a not-so-great experience about a month later when calling about a heartworm medication refill but it got resolved. They are extremely nice and professional, My cat Maxi had to go with an emergency and they were able to see him right away. The staff cares about the well being of the animals. They are honest with prognosis and were very gentle to us.
I do not know how you have a 5 star rating when two 1 stars and a 3 star exists but fancy interior and some designation you have to pay someone after vet school to teach you how to be gentle with animals is absurd.The best Doctors make the diagnosis and solve the pets problems not anything else.Fear Free NONSENSE
