I trusted this business to board my fur child. He was severely injured due to a rusty old nasty dog cage. The staff lied to me about what actually happened. But my investigation revealed the truth and I have pictures of the TRUTH. If the truth had been told to me and his treatment was explained then I might not be posting this review. There are plenty of cages and kennels in the back. The whole facility is not "suites". However, no one knows this or can prove it but old employees and current employees can. However, they have been threatened to silence and loyalty and don't have the money to go up against this business owner. There is proof in pictures out there also that I have seen with my own eyes the deeper I have dug into this business. It says under amenities that all dogs are "assessed by their qualified staff". We took our German Shepherd here for the first time for a 3 day stay. When my husband dropped him off, he didn’t see the sign that said they were closed from 1-3 on Sat. The girl told him they were there until 6 and for him to call to let them know he was on his way to pick him up. We called as instructed, but got the machine. When we got there (after driving 6 hours) the door was locked. We had to wait 50 mins for them to open back up. Even though they were there and saw us out there. My dogs have stayed twice at Furkidz while our family has vacationed. They were so nice and loved our babies. They came home to us very good. I would recommend them to anyone. Very kind people.

If I could give 10 ⭐️s, I would! We took our loved pet rabbit there for a week while we went on vacation! It was the first time he has been away from home, and we were extremely worried! We called to check on him but when we went to get him we knew immediately he had been well cared for. His caged was clean, he was happy and he had no problems transitioning back home! I will definitely take BOOTs back and I can’t thank the staff enough for caring for our baby!

We highly recommend furkidz we took our shitzu to get straighten up after PetSmart halfway cut his hair because he was to matted up and left him with hair hanging off him around his feet Payton did a excellent job she worked wonders cause he was a mess. My dog will go to furkidz from now on thank you guys y'all are awesome 10 stars

I can’t thank FUrkidz enough for being the greatest place to take my furbaby for daycare or overnight care. The ladies are ALL so wonderful. Thank you Tisha, for being the best mama to my sweet Nova when she is with you. 🥰
