Very nice accomodation, staffs ok & fuds are superb! Love to come back again, 4 we haven't used d bathtub yet.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years in fact every time I am in Bkk. I like the situation of the hotel on Silom Rd. with easy access to every place and the area is noiseless. The rooms are large,spacious and well - lighted with outside view. The baths need to be modernized. A good restaurant is missing and that's one weak point. Breakfast area should have been more lighted with access to daylight and outside view. Hope Furama takes notes of these points so that we may go back to Furama Silom... thank you...! .

Was very surprised that their non-renovated rooms (lower level) and renovated rooms has SUCH huge difference. For paying that price for their non-renovated room was REALLY overrated. But still, I find their staffs are really friendly & efficient. Upgraded our rooms to the renovated one and felt much better apart from the unexplainable encounters (maybe we're just unlucky then). The non-renovated room: Red carpet with stains, a horrible stench, non-aircon corridor (can hear moving cars outside along the road etc), a huge OLD ... read more
