We made our way to FPR to see Bruce Cockburn in concert. An idyllic spot for anyone musically inclined, it felt like a brief visit to something utopian-like with amazing and friendly people, history, art, music and a sense of purpose and calm that is difficult to find in these times. Loved every second of being there. Thank you John and Vanessa for your kindness and some fine memories we hold dear.
I miss the FPR. Wish I could afford to go with my son, at least one more time.
For anyone in the UK thinking about visiting Fur Peace Ranch, just do it! I did it and it was so good. This has got to be the best guitar thing out there. Excellent instruction from first class players, beautiful surroundings and great food, not to mention all the great people I met.
A great place, an inspiring environment for musicians of any level. And what beats the music?!? The food!! If you are a musician, you need this place in your life!!
It really just does not get any better! Just finished my second workshop at the ranch, and I'm already thinking about my next trip. Vanessa, John, Brett, Jorma and the rest of the gang make this place feel like a second home. If you have been thinking of making the trip to FPR, don't want another minute. My trip has become a highlight of my year!
