I love how we never do the same workout twice. The workouts are always something to look forward to. Shane shows you how to properly do the exercises and how not to, so you always know exactly what to do! provides the perfect amount of attention to everyone and modifies exercises depending on your limitations.

Had my first workout today after being off for almost 3 months of lifting! Shane killed me today but I absolutely loved it! If you want a good workout get your butt up there; he will push you where you need to be! thank you; can't wait for my journey with you guys!
