I always come here to play mini golf never had a problem until last night. My gf and I booked a spot to play at 7.10pm and we walked by 6.55pm no one was playing so we went up and asked if we can play earlier instead the girl who was working was extremely rude to us saying it was busy but hardly anyone was playing. This place is jot suitable for summer. Inside was extremely hot especially inside the fun house. My kid got dehydrated and frustrated. We had to come back very early . When I pointed that out to the front desk, she simply said yes we know, a lot of people have complained so far!! So why not telling the customers at the beginning instead? What do you mean we cannot do anything about it?
This is the 2nd year in a row that our pre-teen's birthday party has been held at Big Splash. The booking process is straightforward. They are even able to accommodate our special request -- picnic table by the pool instead of a party room. Their electronic systems are setup well as you receive several reminders and prompts about booking related deadlines (e.g. additions/changes to reservation).
