Big thanks to Funworx for our daughter's birthday party. It was well organized from the beginning to the end and we all enjoyed that. 2 very special thanks: first for the manager provided all needed details and answered on all our questions (it was Haylea, event planner) and second to the girl (unfortunately I don't know her name) who supported us during the event. We hosted our daughter's birthday party here in April and had a great time. Hannah was in charge of birthdays and was very easy and pleasant to work with. On the day, the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They even let me use an empty room to nurse my baby which was wonderful! The only thing was that the pizza wasn't that fresh and tasted stale. The fruit platter was also not enough for the number it advertised. We wish there was water included. We had our daughter’s 6th bday at Bigemans. We selected the funworx playstructure package that includes a $5 arcade card. Kids had A LOT of fun. Place wasn't that busy at 12.30. There was plenty for kids to do. Arcade games were a lot of fun as well. Kids stayed busy for long. Few things that can be better: room size was very small even for 10 kids. These guys are amazing. The only thing they are really missing is a good advertisement. Mg daughter is 2.5 y o and I knew about them by a pure accident. We were having so much fun yesterday. Place is massive and children can spend a lot of energy there. In my personal opinion, design is very safe and mg daughter was able to climb almost every toute seule. Staff is very friendly as well.
The service was excellent, and the lady in the party room was very friendly, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed for the birthday party. We were even allowed to stay an extra 15 minutes in the room, which was very considerate. At the bowling lanes, the kids had a fantastic time, and the service was outstanding. Booking ID 141940966
