Sales was great ,but the service with the issues that have come up is ridiculous. Service department since the name change is unable to order simple parts.
Wasn't buying, but Blake was very friendly anyways. Very knowledgeable, happy to show us around and answer questions.
Terrible dealership with no follow up or response to known warranty issues. Also known as COUNTRY RV. We purchased a brand new trailer in September of 2023 and on the day of pickup it was pointed out to us that the refrigerator door was dented. On our first camping trip, we realized that this dent caused the refrigerator door to not seal completely. Very easy transaction. Blake, Vicki and the rest of the team were very accommodating and easy to work with. We drove in from Idaho to trade in our fifth wheel and pick up our new one from the Sandy, OR location. We found our new rig on their website and once the terms were settled I sent them a deposit. On the day to pickup our new rig, Vicki had all the paperwork ready so all we had to do was do our walk through, sign papers and transfer our belongings from the old rig to the new one.
