My kids like coming but it’s bonkers how frequently there’s a sign that says be back in 15m and no one at the front desk. What do they expect? I have kids and it’s 150pm on a day they got out of school early. I’ve seen it other days too. I get the workers need a break or to go to the bathroom. But frequent 15m gaps is not how to run a business
The GM is either not walking through the store regularly, or (in my opinion) is going to run it into the ground before they close it. Not as well maintained as in previous visits. I wouldn't come back. ...great place to bring kids to discover music, counting and climbing all in a secure environment. Callie was Awesome and made sure everyone followed the rules and left with the right child...Her customer service and attention to detail was refreshing..
