The GM is either not walking through the store regularly, or (in my opinion) is going to run it into the ground before they close it. Not as well maintained as in previous visits. I wouldn't come back. ...great place to bring kids to discover music, counting and climbing all in a secure environment. Callie was Awesome and made sure everyone followed the rules and left with the right child...Her customer service and attention to detail was refreshing..
I’ve been taking my kids here for years (now 7yrs old and 3yrs) and it can be a hit or miss at times. For example, the ball shooters and ball drops don’t always work and I try and avoid this place on the weekends because the amount of people they let in is insane. It appears that there is no max. One of the things that annoys me the most, though, is their “toddler area” is 35 months and younger.
