BEST in NC! – I have tried NUMEROUS top-rated hair salons, never really receiving a haircut I adored. A good friend of mine recommended Funky Monkey and specifically, Paul Miller, who owns the place and is also one of the stylists. Great cut but customer service is weak – I have gone to Redz for about 3 years and always have been satisfied with the service. Andrea, my stylist and the former owner, was great. After she left, I decided to go to Paul but I have been given the run around. He gave me a great cut the first time. For my second appt., he had to reschedule due to his need to go on vacation. best haircut experience ever! – I needed to find a new hair stylist in the area. I tried out some other salon in the area, they gave me the worst haircuts ever (think female bowl-cut). A friend recommended Funky Monkey (formerly known as Redz). Sure enough, Paul saved the day. He fixed my hair and gave me one of the best haircuts I ever had. Awesome Cuts That Last – I got my hair cut by Kara about 4 months ago and it is still looking great! She is super knowledgeable about the latest and hippest hair styles and cuts. She is also very friendly and hip and you can tell by her own style that she knows exactly what every hip girl wants. My cousin saw my cut and liked it so much that she went there to have her hair cut and she is very pleased as well. We are customers for life.
