I've heard it, but never realized Syracuse had a place(s). Went to the University location......next time will try Armory Square. Place was packed at 9:45am, but ordered immediately.....however it took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. Didn't realize we had to wash and bus our own tables until I went to the bathroom - but yet they expect a tip. I LOVED the Crepe Expectations - bananas and Nutella on the waffle. Every order is guaranteed to be enjoyable. Also, tips are not expected, you can choose not to leave one at the time of payment. Many people wait until the end of their meals to decide what to tip, if anything.
