If you want to eat an hour or more after you order then come here. Granted the waffles are tasty, but the service is the pits. Head elsewhere for a better overall experience.
Ok was not impressed with this place. We waited in line for 30 minutee, get to the beginning of the line only to be told it would a 45 to 60 minute wait just to get our waffle. You think they would have someone at the door telling you this so we didn't wait in a line for 30 minutes. How rude.
Business response:
We opened a 5,000 sq/ft location in downtown Syracuse in December. Saratoga sounds nice!
Took in the Devon Allman show at this great venue and the food was great. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town!
My wife and I brought our son, daughter-in-law and 5 grandkids for a family event. Everything was awsome. Truly was a family event. Thanks.

The food was nothing to write home about. I've had better wings and waffles. The decor and the basement location was not appealing. On a brighter note, the staff were courteous and the price was reasonable.
