This builder has no credibility. When building his homes he cares nothing about the area or people that he is building next too. Mr. Funderburk did major physical and financial damage to an adjacent property that he was building next too. He refused to try and help the property owner with the damages he caused. ($50,000 plus in damages) I would beware of a builder that conducts his business in this manner. Remember you have to live beside the people that he builds next too. Will was highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Over the last two years, we have had three full baths and a kitchen re-do by him. He was on-site almost every day. We are so very pleased and would recommend him to anyone who wanted to work with a true professional.

Just completed a nearly 800 sq ft master bedroom/bath/closet/laundry room/office addition. Project was completed in the planned time frame and essentially on budget. Will supervised the project closely, used quality subs, and was very easy to work with. We're very happy with the result.
