I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I am just so grateful to have found this place. Mrs. Shahidrah Cowgill has helped me in so many ways and guided me through all my pain and helped me find meaning in my life and move past the negativity in my life. A year ago I never thought I could be this happy now I look at life in such a positive light today and I owe that to the guidance of Shahidrah Cowgill thank you so much!
Phenomenal experience with Shahidrah Cowgill! I have worked or volunteered in positions that are cateorgized as high stress. It is important to release the experiences by talking to a Professional Licensed Counselor/Therapist. Also, in my personal life I am a firm believer of seeking guidance or advice from someone with experience, proper training and credentials who is held to a confidentiality agreement. Talking to Shahidrah allows me to remain vibrant and focused on my life purpose.
Shahidrah is an exceptional counselor/therapist. She helped me through some real tough times by not judging but listening and helping me do the work to get through my anxiety. Exposure through Encouragement did wonders for my recovery. Shahidrah has a very calming way and you feel cared for from the moment you walk into her office. I would recommend her practice to anyone.

Kyla Green is a loud, rude and obnoxious person. I can’t believe this company even would hire this person. She needs counseling herself to control her anger and yelling fits.
