Shahidrah Cowgill has been my guide, friend, and therapist for over a year! All I can say is she is amazing in her depth and understanding of people and the challenges they face in a modern world! We loved Mandy, my daughter's therapist, but the counseling center is no longer filing insurance, is no longer a preferred provider, and increased their rates. I overpaid when I did have insurance by more than several hundred dollars, and they have been promising to send it to me for months. Love the counselor, but unfortunately cannot recommend the business.

This a great place to go for counseling. I have had a very positive experience here both in therapy and with staff and their hours are flexible, so it has been convenient.

I've been attending this center for a few months now and I have seen such dynamic changes within my life because of it. From the reception staff to the counseling staff, there is a great energy and presence that is very welcoming. This center is built on great practices and morals and I believe Shahidrah is doing an exceptional job.
