The neighborhood gym that is "just the right size". Not too big and impersonal and not so small that group classes cannot be offered.
I love this place! It has all the Zumba and Yoga classes I want plus more! Everybody is so friendly and the trainers really care about where you at in your life to get started. I feel more comfortable in my skin here and It's really affordable to boot! I'd highly recommend Functionally Fit.
Great gym. Owner (Gee) is very nice, he is always willing to help. He is my trainer and one of the best! The front desk staff is super friendly. The gym is clean and a great place to workout.

Great place for us "older folks" who are more interested in staying functional in day-to-day activities than in building big muscles. The trainers are great in taking our limitations into consideration and working with us starting where we are, and helping us get to where we want to go.
