RecommendedI work out at several gyms and Functionally Fit in Rockledge is my favorite of them all. It's a small gym compared to others but never feels crowded and the staff is friendly always working hard to keep it clean and fresh. The equipment is top notch quality and there's enough variety between cardio, free weights and machines to easily mix up any routine. I was referred due to a work injury to do physical therapy. I found an awesome facility that is so much more! Gee (that’s his name) is super great! Very informative - explaining the injury itself and how we were going to go about strengthening not only that body part - but the rest of me too. Love this place!!
