This whole team is amazing , I felt like family, I was sad when I got strong enough that I graduated!! They are very knowledgeable.
I had been through a major trauma. Told Bob my story. He seemed understanding at 1st. When I started to train, I was terribly out of shape. He seemed less than thrilled to be training me. As if I was boring him. Maybe I was but I would recommend working on hiding your disappointment. I was being flaky, as I was still struggling and instead of encouragement I recieved annoyance. I've had other trainers in my past who were more compassionate
