John is an amazing teacher, we learned so much! Functional Patterns will change your life and the way you move forever..you will learn how to prevent and heal chronic injuries and feel so much stronger! Super cool studio, state of the art!

Johnny is great at what he does! He is an excellent communicator which is key for the functional patterns training system. He always keeps the workouts interesting and I have experienced real, documented improvements in how my body moves and functions. Highly recommend Johnny, Danielle, Jeff and the rest of the FP Delray team if you are an athlete (or not) looking to improve your body awareness and reduce pain/discomfort!
Johnny and his team is the best! I've been going weekly for a few months now and my body has never felt better. You learn so much in his sessions and group classes and his wife is so awesome and helpful!
