Functional Pathways is a family-owned, therapist-managed company who puts employees and patients first. As an employee of almost 10 years, I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in long-term career opportunities with a growing, privately-held organization. Growth can be challenging for every company, but FP prepares and adjusts well to changes in the industry as well as internally.
Top quality new equipment, my OTR Terri Watts has been excellent helping us navigate the system. Our entire therapy staff is new learning through her experience, she has been very concise and patient. The facility (Rolling Meadows) is beautiful with a glorious amount of new equipment to ensure success for our patient outcome. Our therapy team has great communication! I am very grateful.
