Next to no training. A lot of favoritism. You’re treated like garbage by management. Only pro was dealing with all the amazing patients that came in there.
Terribly shady company that treats their employees like dirt. Run away from any job you may potentially take if it’s related to functional pathways, they won’t care a bit about you.
Worst job I ever had. Left a facility I had been at for 20 years to get away from this shady company.
