When attempting to schedule an appointment my wife was spoken to rudely and was told she would be required to pay $287.00 to attend a webinar prior to having an initial consultation, during which $100.00 of the webinar fee would be applied toward the consultation fee. She said she wasn’t interested in a webinar and asked to schedule the consultation.
