I’ve trained briefly with Bayo, and he’s incredibly detailed and technical. He pays close attention to form and gives thoughtful corrections, which really helps build a strong foundation especially if you’re just starting your fitness journey. You will feel strong and functional in just a few weeks. His gym is also very clean and private, a big plus!
