Ive known taylor for 4 years. She is so professional and knowledgeable! The office is clean and friendly! I always enjoy my regular appointments for athletic recovery and regulating my nervous system!
Dr. Taylor is amazing! Not only did she help get me out of the woods with some persistent and frustrating lower back pain, but also on track to run my first 10K all in a matter of months. She takes a holistic approach, providing recommendations for stretches, exercises and workout routines outside of the sessions in her office and is always an email away if questions or concerns come up. Can't recommend her and Function First enough!
Kayt was wonderful in addressing and explaining her work during the therapeutic massage. She gave me helpful at home exercises as well to keep working on things until the next appointment. I will be back!

I had my first visit this week and was very impressed. Dr. Taylor is so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. The team explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave me a treatment that left me feeling noticeably better by the time I walked out. Highly recommend!
