I had a fantastic experience with Ray at Function Autoworks. The quality of their work was outstanding! They were thorough in diagnosing the issue and ensured everything was fixed properly. On top of that, their customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the repairs in a way I could understand. I truly felt like they cared about my car and my satisfaction. Highly recommend!
pretty much knows everything about car. great experience
Spoke to them almost a week prior about my issue, booked an appointment first thing in the morning, no one was here with the knowledge to fix my issue. Waited over 30 mins for someone to take my keys and car inside.. had some apprentice take my keys without communication. 45 mins later still standing here waiting for someone to let me know what's happening and whether they're going to work on my issue.. why bother booking me an appointment if you're just going to leave me standing here like an idiot.
