I’ve been coming to this place with my two children since it opened, and unfortunately will no longer be returning. I booked an appointment at 5:30 PM and showed up on time, if not early, and my appointment was given away to another customer. It was going to be another 20-30 minutes before my child to be seen, and I didn’t want to wait as I made the appointment time for a reason.
