Highly Recommend Fun Kuts My two grandchildren have special needs and getting them haircuts can be extremely stressful. I stumbled on Fun Kuts about a year ago, and we've been going there ever since. The salon is totally 'kid friendly", and TeTe is the kindest, most compassionate person you would ever meet. It's well worth the extra $ for us!
My kids love it I have been taking my son to Fun Kuts for almost 2 years now and it is the only place my 4 year old will get his haircut at. I just started taking my 6 month old and loved the cut they gave her it came out perfect in spite of the fact that she was not an easy client. I thank the stylist that worked with her she was so kind and patient, and did a fantastic job. The first haircut card was very cute.
If you're picky about your child's hair cut , please see fun-kuts----TETE I rarely entrust my locks to just anyone, so when I moved to north seattle I was devastated to leave my old stylist and find a new one. A friend of mine uses Fun-kuts and recommended to me so I thought I would them a try and after the first cut I was smitten. TETE was great- she managed to calm my youngest child who i was nervous about she is fast and amazingly talented. Great place for kids! I've been taking my daughter for the last two and a half years (she's three and half now). I have always had a positive experience even when my daughter was the less than ideal customer. The only trick is that you must be on time. If you are later than ten minutes to your appointment, you will lose it, which can be frustrating if you are having "one of those days". There are toys for siblings to play with and a nice waiting area for parents.
Great for children! I took my twin daughters to this childrens hair salon for their very first haircuts at 3.5 years of age. The two hair dressers cut their hair at the same time, side by side in two adorable childrens seats. They had entertaining videos for my girls to watch and gave them a sucker when they were all done. They also managed to get the girls cut the SAME which was a major concern of mine. Awesome kids salon! I would highly recommend Fun Kuts. The staff is very professional and excellent with children. Tete is by far the best when it comes to cutting children's hair. My 2 y/o boy has gotten many compliments on his haircuts from Fun Kuts. The salon is set up for children with plenty of toys. This makes it very easy for me when I need to bring a sibling to the salon. My son was not happy the last time he was there, but the staff was able to calm him down better than I could!
