the owner is flat out rude to customers. FYI if your a chiefs fan, the owner already hates you. it's her new door greeting, apparently.
I have been going to fun house my entire life. It’s been a pizza staple for our household and highly suggested to anyone I’ve come across looking for amazing pizza. However the customer service has become absolutely terrible! I was yelled at on the phone when trying to place an order because it appeared the employee couldn’t hear me so I repeated my order and she yelled it back to me in a very annoyed tone of voice. As much as I love their pizza, it’s not worth being spoken to so rudely.

Been going to fun house for 50 years. For the first time I had a truly bad pizza. The crust was dry and tasteless, and I know I didn’t get the extra pepperoni I paid for. I am truly disappointed.
