Kids had fun but overpriced. Dropped $1,000 for 1.5 hrs. Their cotton candy machine broke 1 week before my party, they would not fix it (they charge $60 extra for cotton candy)
Horrible Horrible customer service. I have a few names for the girl running the show but I'll keep them to myself. So disgusting the way she treated us and others. Need a new staff and might even challenge the charge on my credit card because she refused to accept a coupon that was not printed from the Internet. Give me a break lady. We were truly disappointed. And will not be returning.
Miserable women working who rushed the whole time,dirty bathroom with no soap and my son had a dirty smock that she claimed was his fault which it was NOT and didn't even do anything with the price considering I have to throw an entire outfit out! Will make sure to not recommend to anyone!
My son had a great time celebrating his 4th birthday at Funcraft.
Love this place it's great for parties and the art class is perfect for little imaginations
