Very satisfied!! I emailed over the weekend and Rick responded to my email promptly on Monday. I called him several times to ask about the vehicle and to arrange for an inspection as I live in a different city. Rick was great to work with. Although I didn't buy this truck, I still give them 5 stars! Rick immediately called me back and told me the truck was sold the day before I inquired about it. He told me about similar product he currently has and none were exactly what I was looking for. They are looking for a truck at the auctions and other sources now. I felt very comfortable with them and will give them time to locate something for me as they seemed very knowledgeable and not at all high pressure.
Very nice to deal with, went to look at an Escalade they had just sold. Rick showed me similar vehicles with 3rd row. Didn't have any I wanted but they are actively looking for one. They seem very easy to trust. We got along like old pals. I'm sure they'll find me one soon. Steve seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles and what they're worth so I'll wait for him to find me one
My husband and I were searching for a safe and reliable car for our daughter. Not only did they help us to find the perfect car, but the guys down at Fultons were great to work with. Honest guys without the "gimmicks" we have become so accustomed to at the larger dealerships. Definately going to be a repeat customer!
We were looking for a specific vehicle to accommodate our growing family, and we happened to find the vehicle we needed at Fulton's- minus a seat. They found a seat and had it reupholstered to match. They called back when they said they would, and the vehicle was fixed as promised. We had problems with the title and registration (through no fault of Fulton"s), and it took us 3 months to get it resolved. I never had such a great experience shopping for a used car like fultons they are kind straight up and will work with you im happy finally someone is legitimately good people I will be buying from them again.
The gentlemen I worked with at Fultonâ??s were both very kind and understanding, I emailed back and forth with Steve for about 2 weeks now and he has been great the whole time. The other gentleman that I have talked to over the phone was very kind and knowledgeable about all of my questions
