The balloon centerpieces were fantastic! The photo balloon was a huge hit, no one had seen that before. Delivery was definitely worth the price then trying to stuff everything in my car. The selection for any occasion you can think of and even have the local schools, great for team dinners, banquets or graduations. The customer service people were wonderful with they're help with the design.

We will never go anywhere but the 27th street location.. Such a Nostalgic feeling in the store and have everything you can possibly need for any occasion! If there were more than 5 stars I would give them!!
We took Mylar balloons purchased from Amazon along with some purchased from the Fulton store in Newark DE in to be filled with helium. We were charged $8 per balloon for the Amazon balloons, EIGHT dollars each!! We learned from friends that Food Lion would also filled balloons. We took 7 additional balloons to Food Lion and they filled them for 79 cents each, that's right 79 cents or $8. Needless to say I won't be going back to Fulton Paper anytime soon. You outta be ashamed Fulton Paper!

I was at Wilmington location today to return party supplies that I wasn't able to use this past weekend. Merchandise was not open and I had my receipt with date of purchase on 4/14/17, but was not able to return items because I did not have my visa debit card used for purchase. I misplaced my debit card and is basically stuck with party supplies I cannot use. I'm shocked I could not get cash back for a purchase that's not more than $20. Today I had such a wonderful experience at Fulton Paper that I had to share! My toddler fell asleep in the car and I had to carry her while pushing a shopping cart( she won't sleep in a cart) to grab all my paper goods for Turkey Day. One of the employees, Dorothy, saw me and insisted on helping me- grabbing all my items for me, put them on the counter to ring up, bagged them, and put them in my car.
