I have been shopping this store for twenty years, and unfortunately today was my last trip. I've even come to know some of the employees by name, and was heart broken when one employee died in a pedestrian accident last year. All of a sudden, and apparently starting today, Fulton paper in the city has decided to post a security guard by the front door. It is now mandatory to show a receipt upon exiting. So happy with my experience at Fulton!! Just talking with most of the employees they are working so hard to get all of the products we need for COVID 19 to keep us safe!! I had gone to the Wilmington location to get Lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, soap and an entire case of toilet paper and paper towels for such a great price!!! This put my family and friends at ease. We recently ordered some balloon arrangements for a baby shower. Their selection of colors, arrangements and customization made the whole process very easy. Needless to say, the finished products were beautifully done and there was an additional surprise - they provided extra balloons in case of breakage. The delivery was also very prompt. The extra balloon bouquet provided a nice detail in decorating the guest of honor's chair, as we had not thought of it. This store literally has everything. I needed to create a centerpiece at the last minute along with last minute party items and thought I would need to go to several stores. The associate, Debra was so helpful and patient. She helped me find the center piece materials and took the time to explain how to set up food warmers. She was also very conscientious of my budget! I would definitely come back. Thanks Debbie for making this such a pleasant experience!!
Fulton and Jenny did an amazing job helping us celebrate my Dad’s 60th birthday this weekend! The numbers were amazing and the focal point of all of the selfies and was my niece’s playground. Jenny was super helpful with everything from set up of balloons to even helping us with our own decorations and providing some extra balloons for added flair! Thank you for everything!
One of the few places left to order balloon bouquets and my entire order is WRONG. 2 table centerpieces and large balloon bouquet and every thing is mixed up or wrong colors. So much for color coordinating my daughter's graduation party
