Called the office in tears after having a tooth ache all weekend. Appointment was made and I was seen two days later. First and foremost, I've never seen office staff like this. Uneducated and rude sums it up well. I strongly recommend you sit down and fully explain the HIPPA law to your employees. After being seen by the doctor I was told I would be put on a 3-4 month waiting list. Due to the fact the only oral surgeon whom accepts my coverage has a waiting list. Here I am two weeks later...
