I visited the office twice last Friday. During my first visit, I was informed that I needed to provide the original title paperwork rather than a copy. I completely understand and respect company policies, especially as a business owner myself. Policies are necessary. Great experience here at the Tax Commissioner Office in Alpharetta. But the biggest reason for that experience is the staff. Since I entered they made sure that I was helped correctly with what I was visiting there this afternoon. But who stood out was Tonya B. She was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had full knowledge of what was to be expected of the reason of my visit this afternoon. If I had the option to give 10 stars I would for sure.

I know it doesnt make a difference to leave a review for a government office since no one is ever held accountable, but damn this place is awful. Your typical dmv/tag office where all employees move in slow motion, and you will never see one of them smile, not even a little. Everyone is depressed, angry, and slow. I honestly hate it here.

You need to update the hours!!!!!!!! The Fulton DMV is closed on MONDAY'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drove all the way out there. Services that are online should not be included in the actual department or building being open for customer service. Not everything can be done online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
