I just moved here from out of state with my partner- so obviously we aren't familiar with legal procedures and the like in Georgia- but the multiple staff we have interacted with from this establishment came off as annoyed and condescending with our needs and questions. I was there 10 minutes ago, this black lady at window 9 on Monday June 16 she was so rude, I told her that I need to pickup my license plate and to renew my registration and she said “ what ? Which one are you doing I’m confused “ I was like I wanna do both then she shakes her head, I gives her my ID and she was like why did you throw it out like that… and she didn’t complete the service of course, just so rude I will call to report that by phone for sure

The unprofessionalism, arrogant attitude, and overall MEANNESS of people who are supposed to be customer service reps (and managers!) is utterly pathetic. If there is any kind of issue and you ask a question, they cop an attitude and suddenly are on a power play. The manager who worked on 3/11/25 was the worst manager I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. When we left, my elderly relative looked at me and said, "those women were horrible to us.
