Garbage companies, especially those named Chris, have extremely poor service attitudes。The purchased item cannot be returned yet
Purchased parts and wasn’t told the price. Company charged my credit card and when I called to question the price, I was told that “He didn’t force me to buy from him and the price is the price. Sorry no returns”. The same parts From Fulton USA are half the price even with the conversion. Same parts with competitor are half the price. Lesson learned for trying to support Canadian business. Spoke to GM and got the same “the price is the price”. If customer service and value is important to you, shop elsewhere. These guys just... read more
