Should be a zero. Called to obtain information on ordering a product for a special event. A young lady answered who seemed nice. Asked me to send a photo of what I was looking for along with the logo and she would call me to confirm if they had the product in stock or something similar.within the hour. Three hours later, I followed up to see if she received my text. She oh sorry yes I received it. She was driving but she will send within the hour. Four hours later…still waiting.
