Best thing I could have done. My wife recommend this company to me since she had great success with some promotion products. So, I decided on a personalized company logo product that I could give away as an incentive for an immediate review of the customer's experience. Worked like a "Charm" and I literally started getting multiple review on a daily basis. Dealing with Johanns was a frustrating experience. She showed a clear lack of professionalism, poor customer support, and weak time management. Our order took over a month to complete, required three replacements, and still didn’t meet expectations. To make matters worse, she stopped responding entirely by the end of the process. If you’re looking for quality results and timely communication, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
