Coach Mark and Cat are terrific at instructing. They make sure you have your form down before moving up in strength. They aren’t after your money. They really want you to succeed at crossfit.

Full Grip Crossfit is more than a gym, it's a community of like-minded individuals who manage to have fun while doing some serious work outs. Great leadership with coaches and more experienced cross fitters!
I dropped into FGCF today unannounced which is a no-no, however Mark made room for me and was a great coach! He worked with everyone in class and fostered a fantastic environment to workout in. The other members all introduced themselves and supported each other during the WOD. Overall great environment and people. Perfect place!!!

I visited a few months ago. Because I travel for work, over the past year I've been able to drop-in at a dozen CF gyms. These guys at FGC really know their stuff and just as importantly know how to coach and give instructions that improve. I just got my level 1 and besides my owner at home, I thought of the FGC guys during the course as examples of how to be a good coach myself one day. If you can attend FGC rest assured you are blessed with some fantastic, genuinely concerned expert coaching.
