Service department lacks communication skills.
I don’t recommend buying from Fullerton ,Used cars sales staff is extremely rude and aggressive, they behave as if they are doing favour by selling to you and they will NOT disclose the facts about the vehicles and NO room for negotiations. They always expects that you will thank them for every small thing. Please avoid this place.
The service was painless. Meghan was our service coordinator and she was great, always keeping me informed and helpful. Highly recommend!!
