Bought a stove from Debbie Rickard at Fullerton Appliance in Erie. Was told an early delivery was possible but our stove was back ordered. Yet we were still informed our delivery would be a set date in two weeks. Called to confirm week before and date was confirmed. Hadn’t heard so called day before set delivery date. Was told stove wasn’t “on the truck” and still back ordered. Was told we were NOT promised a delivery date ! Told her we stayed local to prevent issues like this. 2024, the night before Thanksgiving my oven died. I had 24 people coming for dinner the next day. The sales personnel had a stove but were to close at 5:30 pm. My grandson got out of work at 4:30 pm on the East side of town. He had to come to North East to pick up the trailer and go back into town. They waited for him, explained how to set up, they were very patient and saved the day. Thank you!

My husband purchased a part for our electric dryer that was around $50. He was never told there were no returns prior or purchase or running our payment method. They had him sign on the screen following payment and printed out a copy of proof of purchase. When we got home we realized we got the wrong part. Attempted to return within TWO hours and had original receipt and they refused return. Next time will purchase from Amazon instead of supporting small businesses with poor sales practices.
