We bought a dishwasher from Fullerton Appliance in Erie, Pa last week. We had a small mistake happen and the customer service was unbelievable. I would highly recommend purchasing all your appliances from them. I will definitely be a return customer.
If you buy a GE dishwasher make sure you purchase the extended warranty. Ours broke just after the one year warranty was up. Service technician said it'll be one week for the parts to come in, it's been close to 4 and still counting
Bought local from Fullerton as had good experience with Washer but the dishwasher after 6 months had a pink film everywhere & stained racks. Looked up and it was and it had Serratia bacteria-cleaned it up should of called for service call - didn't think it would come back. Came back 1 month after warranty was expired. Paid $600 - my last one was from Lowes and never had a problem. Very very disappointed & sad about this as they will not replace. Scared to use due to grandchildren & fungus
