Fullertons is excellent. My halogen bulb surface light under the microwave went out yesterday. I knew I was going to miss having the light for my stovetop and had to replace it right away . I thought of Fullertons Erie location because I recently purchased a Speed queen washer from them . The parts person was busy so the sales person offered to help . He found the part and ordered it for me . He said it would be in by 430 pm same day . I was just happy to have a knowledgeable person and I would have waited weeks if necessary... read more

There was a small mix up when I bought my dryer from there. Rather than get into the story, which I do not feel that Fullerton was to blame when I talked with Mike on the phone and said I was going to return the dryer due to the mix up I could tell in his voice that my decision didn't sit right with him. I guess i was right because within a half hour he called back after speaking to the owner and wanted to make things right. Very disappointed after setting up a service appointment, leaving work to meet the technician and never hearing back. The technician came and “diagnosed” my oven (with no tools or meters )what the problem could be. He stated that parts would need to be ordered before he would actually know what could be wrong. I would receive a call with a quote, but guessed it could be around $500. Sounds good to me as a replacement would be closer to $3000. That was 3 weeks ago…. No call, or even a bill for his time. I've bought many appliances at Fullerton's and have always been happy. Yes, nothing is made as well as in years past, but Fullerton carries far more trustworthy brands than you'll find at the big box stores. And if you need service, they can fix it--not so when you buy garbage LG and Samsung from Home Depot. Their customer service team is professional and helpful. Love that they carry Speed Queen washers and dryers--I will not buy anything else as they are workhorses that are still made in America.

As someone who loves supporting local businesses this is a disappointing review and share of information for me… NEVER and I mean, NEVER, use Fullertons for any of your appliances. Day 1 of installing our new washer it didn’t work… had to wait 2 weeks for them to come out and “fix” it while using a laundromat for me and my kids laundry. After a few more weeks we had to have them come out again because it stopped spinning so they “fixed it” again.. they said they got a “bad batch” of them… so in that case why would they not r... read more
