I bought an all black car 3 years ago and took it here to get washed. Drove out with all new scratches. Went today to try it again with my new car and it cracked my bumper. Never coming back.

I took my truck to Fuller's Car Wash (on State Rd and Cicero) today. As their mechanical rags (for lack of a better word) were washing my car, they literally ripped off my windshield wipers. When I brought it to the attention of the employees, they didn't want to hear what I had to say, they were belligerent, and said that they are not responsible for any damages. This is beyond the worst fullers car wash! If you get into an accident because of this car wash take them to civil court!! They are responsible over all vehicles! Manager has a bad attitude! So unprofessional!
Great car wash for a bargain price. You can tell by the long lines sometimes
