Here goes... I had to wait inside for a coupon of $2 that I paid for. I paged the attendant and told him the machine didn’t work as it didn’t print my receipt. He said I ran out of time to print it, I would have to park and go inside to get it. (Mind u I pressed receipt button twice and it had ample time to print) So I had to park in the lot, walk it over inside, and wait for person to hang up the phone, and she reprinted receipt. Got stuck in the automatic wash for a few minutes and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Poor customer service.
I just when to get my car wash and I choose the inside and out side full service for 30.00 The guys doing the drying and inside cleaning did a horrible job they told me the my car and was ready open the back seats and was not vacuum and not clean they missed to many spots , i told the guys cleaning the car to was the mats they told me the was a extra $3.00 per mat or 10 for a set of 4 , when I pay for the service say inside and outside wash not the I need to pay extra for what other places are all ready included. Went into car wash with no crack in windshield came out with it cracked. Manager refuses to admit it’s from there and refuses to review cameras to show it.
I pay full membership here and today one of the workers open his big O mouth talking about next time we can't dry your car because is 5.55pm we close at 6 pm. Smh! #RefundMePlease #CleanTrucksMatter
I took my truck to Fuller's Car Wash (on State Rd and Cicero) today. As their mechanical rags (for lack of a better word) were washing my car, they literally ripped off my windshield wipers. When I brought it to the attention of the employees, they didn't want to hear what I had to say, they were belligerent, and said that they are not responsible for any damages.
