$119.00 and my running boards are still filthy - i don't normally complain in a public manner but the email to the service manager bounced back from the website. the inside had to many spots missed for a truck with 19K miles it was a pretty simple thing to clean.

RecommendedWanted to thank the staff for the courtesy and grace yesterday. I was in my way home from just having to put my dog to sleep from a brain tumor and the engine and oil light were on. Even though it was not ideal timing, I stopped to get an oil change. Got stuck in the automatic wash for a few minutes and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Poor customer service.
I got the ultimate car wash and the inside of my car was still dirty, when I asked the guy about it he said they don’t do that, wtf??? It says it on the description so now your false advertising

I went today and paid 30.00 for a in and out wash. They never even vacuumed or wiped the interior. Horrible customer service. Stay away
Brought them both of my type R and they did an amazing job and treated the car very well! I never let anyone else drive my car but after seeing them handle it with care I will return with no worries
