Been a monthly membership holder for about 6 years. Today a manager terminated my membership over a dispute about a speedpass sticker. He tried to charge me unjustly for a new sticker, and I refused. He was arrogant, rude and literally turned his back and walked away from me while I was still speaking. I will not support this carwash or business any longer. No professionalism, low class and trash. I will be giving my business to Delta Sonic, a much more modern and professional car wash business.

Way over priced. Paid for a tire shine and had to remind porter to do it. Never again.

Terrible place!! Terrible customer service
Just had my truck washed there, completely dissatisfied. Paid $38.95 and a good tip for their “ultimate” wash and the floor mats scrubbed. The windshield wasn’t cleaned half the dash still had dust on it the exterior was just as bad.
Wife went to get an oil change and was told it was going to be $78 for a simple oil change. She was told that the 50/50 synthetic oil was mandatory by her manufacturer or else They would void the car’s warranty. FALSE FALSE FALSE. What a scam. STUPID PEOPLE work there. Never going back.
Worst car wash ever. There is still dirt on my car and now there is red paint on my car. They denied their awful service- I had terrible service here before can’t believe I gave them another chance.
