I went to Fullers right before going on a road trip to get the quick n clean detail. When I got home and was packing my car, I noticed that my carpets in the back were still dirty. I bought $830 of coupons for my family over the yrs for Xmas stockings. Just found out they do not honor them anymore. They said they posted it on Facebook and had a sign in there stores for a year. We moved out of state and I was never on their Facebook page. Just came back and found this out. They will not refund my money. I am going to call attorney general. Today I went to fullers car wash. The kiosk in the center processed my payment and did NOT open the gate. I called the worker over who said he was going to figure the problem out. After 5 minutes waiting, he came back and told us “if you buy wash, gate open”🤔 well clearly this is not the case. I can’t remember the last time I got a car wash because I usually drive a clunker; but, we recently got a newer vehicle and I was looking forward to getting it washed. During my Covid cleaning, I was very excited to find a gift certificate for a full car wash at Fuller’s! Cleaning interiors during the Covid 19 pandemic! Employees jumping from one car to another!!! It is not a good way to stop the spread of Covid.
$20 car wash and still came out dirty! Every staff member I came in contact with was either rude or uncaring. I assumed they wete done, as they left my car door open, I had to "guess" that they were done, they never let me know. I then refused possession of my car, and made them re-wash her. I took pictures of the 1st run, too. Never again will I go there -- I can do a much better job myself at the self-serve washes. Don't waste your time or your money there.
