It all started when I had a Contractor put down some Concrete in my Walkway, then he put over some Slate and it was all supposed to look awesome. Wrong! Since the Contractor was never around and had no control of the project, the (non-English speaking) Workers were about to ruin the Slate by scrubbing the concrete off the Tiles with steel brushes, damaging the surface.
