I made the mistake of using Delroy and Southeby’s to help me purchase a 2.5 million dollar home in Cherry Hills. The entire process was a nightmare. Delroy did absolutely nothing. Part of my contract stated the house was supposed to be painted a certain color and when I noticed it wasn’t Delroy lied to me and said he confirmed with the sellers it was the color I chose.
