This place is a poor excuse for counseling services or anything remotely therapeutic and quite frankly should have their licensing revoked. I work in healthcare and one of their "counselors" instructed my husband, who was in active psychosis at the time and had become paranoid, obsessive, delusional, and abusive, how to use my stethoscope to listen from behind a closed door while I used the restroom in my own home. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Went here for years due to the simplicity, my provider never really pressed me how I was feeling. Just gave me the meds. Which I liked, but when I began to have real issues it was like it was a problem. I had to reschedule 2 appointments in a row due to my provider being sick or some other bs reason. What’s crazy is they still send my meds in, scheduled me a virtual visit I said I could not make due to being out of the country for work. Then discharged me due to 3 no shows in a month? After making an appointment for 9am today, we showed up and there was no one in the front office. My husband called a number posted and a man answered saying he would email my daughter's counselor and that she would be up front. No one ever showed, no phone call, no email, and no correspondence was made. After 30 min of waiting and hoping to be seen with not a soul in sight, we left the facility. Beyond disappointed.
