Terrible customer service and patient care. I have been waiting over a week for a call back from my doctor. She also has very limited assistance with menopausal issues.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cockrum for about 15 years. She’s guided me through 2 high risk pregnancies and delivered my two healthy boys. She always makes me feel at ease, patiently answers my questions, and I never feel rushed through an appointment. The new office space is lovely, and parking was conveniently close to the building.
