Don't waste your time with these guys. They likely won't every show up. I worked with this company for a month on estimates and we were finally ready to start the project after we closed on the house. Everything was set and the estimate took the project manager out to check out the project the day before it was supposed to start. A week went by and nothing happened. I board dogs in my home. I have Full Turn Service clean my carpets about every 3 to 4 months. Great service and great work.
My dog recently had a litter of six puppies. One night my fiancé and I put the puppies in their kennel for bed. Thinking we were sure to lock both kennel locks, the six puppies managed to get out and tear through the room for 8 + hours. Not only was everything in their path destroyed but the carpets had anywhere from 50 poop stains and 100 pee stains, that were trampled through and rubbed all into the carpet!! My carpets looked great until they dried and you could see dirty water marks all down the front of my stairs. I ended up going and buying a steam cleaner yo do them myself. The two bedrooms look pretty decent but I went over them as well and found out that they only looked clean.
After cleaning my carpet, i had one mystery spot remained. Luis didnt give up and went the extra yard to worked it and now my carpet looks brand new. Lots of compliments. Thank you Klean Karpets.
