Best crossfit coaches in the middle Georgia area by a long shot. Everyone gets fit, has fun, and makes friends.
I have been a member for about 3 years now, and wow...best decision ever. I never felt intimidated or that I was "in the wrong place", because this community of people are the best group of people you could ever want in your corner! I grow everyday inside and out, because that is the level of love and support you get at this gym. It's more than just a gym, it's family!!
This is a great place and community of fitness minded people.
